Team Building (Experiential Team Engagement)

We have started our first team building with MADLAB for 4 years, gave another company a try and we went back to MADLAB. They listen to what we want and take care of almost every detail they can. MADLAB is so good at hyping up my team each time and impact the team with the messages that the company wishes to bring across. I would safely say that thanks to MADLAB, my team looks forward to team building every year. The commitment from MADLAB is certainly deserves a 5 star rating!

MADLAB shown high level of professionalism in handling the full spectrum of a team building session. I have a peace of mind engaging MADLAB to run multiple back-to-back team building sessions. Logistics arrangement and training delivery were handled professionally. Each session was delivered at high energy level and with consistent contents throughout. Excellent learning points were brought out through simple yet powerful activities that brought impact to all level of staff. The team paid attention to details in logistic arrangement, anticipated client’s need and able to respond to it at speed. With no hesitation, I strongly recommend MADLAB’s team building training!

Our engagement with MADLAB was in 2018 for team building with all our 80 employees, where we really had a pleasant experience throughout the engagement from the extended planning until the execution. The team demonstrated great professionalism, collaboration and patience in dealing with our moving targets. The team structured our team building with much thought to allow our employees to have engagements with maximum fun and at the same time accomplishing the objective of the event. In 2020, MADLAB conducted our Leadership team building again with much precision which enabled the SBS KL extended leadership team to have a great time of learning, bonding, building rapports and most importantly, understanding that we are all “BETTER TOGETHER!”. We are certainly looking forward to our 2020 year end MADLAB team building for the 2nd time with the entire extended SBS team of approximately 200 employees.

Engagement:
The Trainers are very engaging and uses various methods/techniques to draw our attention. The training was customised in accordance to our department’s needs. We really enjoyed the learning/workshop structure, which is an excellent way to build team rapport while learning about the need for change management as well as overcoming its challenges.

Activities/Slides:
Very insighful and interactive. Presentations were interesting, good slides and videos that kept us all engaged. A real eye-opener for us all!

Overall:
The workshop is practical and informative. Intensive, but well paced. Very useful team building exercise.
